In this commercially focused role perfect for someone with experience in the travel industry, you will be responsible for supervising and optimising the trading performance of Disneyland Paris across B2C and B2B via the World Disney Travel Company International's (WDTCI) platforms. You will be able to own and craft the Disneyland Paris product and commercial roadmap within our overall business plan, working closely with various internal teams to shape and deliver key initiatives. As the point of contact and resident expert for this line of business as a whole, you will be communicating and co-ordinating with key team members to share priorities, roadmap and takeaways.

This role will require you to be onsite In our London Hammersmith office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain internal product and commercial relationships, working closely with Disneyland Paris central and UK sales and marketing teams

  • Plan and implement activities crafted to optimise trading performance, working cross-functionally to deliver these

  • Define and shape the overall transport approach for Disneyland Paris in the UK market including partner selection, collaborating internally to source and ensure their successful implementation

  • Work with colleagues focusing on 3rd Parties and Transport, to identify and prioritise product needs to improve transport performance, service and profitability

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver channel management solutions for web and call centre, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose, making clear recommendations to improve efficiency and maintain strong delivery

  • Support the UK Disneyland Paris sales team in the planning, delivery and implementation of commercial initiatives to drive growth in the business

  • Work closely with the your manager to develop a Disneyland Paris product roadmap, ensuring key products and features are effectively prioritised, shaped, priced and delivered across the full product lifecycle.

  • Assess the cost of delivering key features and developments optimally, ensuring approvals are acquired where appropriate

  • Own the implementation of Disneyland Paris annual product, campaign and tactical activities across our sales channels, developing go-to-market plans and working with relevant partners and teams to implement

  • Proactively lead a rolling program of tactical initiatives and content updates in collaboration with the wider team

  • Own the data analysis of performance data to support with the development of financial models/ business cases for key initiatives

  • Build and maintain appropriate documentation, including project plans and scope, functional specifications and process flows

  • Provide support to specific task force or project groups as the need arises

  • Supervise sales statistics and market trends, reporting back to the UK team on a weekly basis, finding opportunities to optimise performance

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of or experience working within Disney Parks and Resorts / within the travel industry highly preferred

  • Demonstrable experience within a commercial or product management role in an online travel or online retail environment

  • Commercial minded, with a solid technical understanding – this is a commercial role, not a core product management role

  • Confident working in a large matrix organisation

  • Highly analytical approach with experience of sourcing, interpreting and acting upon performance data

  • Analytical and creative problem solver with an ability to gather and interpret data to make evidence-based commercial decisions

  • Previous experience of successfully leading and implementing similar products end-to-end through effective project management and collaboration

  • Well-developed project management and presentation skills, with an ability to implement commercially driven initiatives

  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Confident communicator, including spoken and written English for business use, French language skills beneficial

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Flexibility for UK, European or international travel may be required
